RESIDENTIAL RENTAL APPLICATION
Athena management appreciates your interest in the properties we have for lease.
In order to give your application proper consideration, please answer all
questions truthfully and honestly. An incomplete application will not be
processed.
Remember, Security Deposits must be paid in full prior to your move in, Security
Deposits are equal to one month’s rent
On the day of move-in please be prepared to pay your rent
The non-refundable pet fee maybe split into payments, this will be determined by
Athena Management. NO DOGS CLASSIFIED AS VICIOUS ARE ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS!
A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 per person and a picture I.D. must be
included with your application or it will not be processed
Rental of a property is based on first come first serve, so if you like a
property please fill out an application as soon as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS
A credit check is REQUIRED when submitting an application. A credit score of at
least 550 is Athena Management’s minimum score. Your gross monthly income must
be at least 4 times the rent
You must not have an outstanding balance with any other rental company on your
credit report, which will result in immediate denial of your application
However in some cases good and current rental history from someone other than a
relative will be considered also. Rental history is considered current if the
date of last occupancy is less than 12 months old.
